Returns and refunds

• Original Art: All sales of original paintings are final. We do not accept returns on original works due to their delicate nature and the risks associated with two-way shipping. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

• Prints: We offer a 14 day return window for prints. The item must be returned in its original, archival packaging and in "as-new" condition.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service (like USPS Priority), as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement for prints immediately.
