Shipping and delivery

Processing Time:

Orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Because we are located in the Puna district of Hawaii, please note that "Priority" mail often takes 1-2 days longer to reach the mainland than standard estimates.

Shipping Methods:

• Domestic: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. All orders include tracking.

• International: We ship to select countries via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.  

Packaging:

• Originals: Paintings are wrapped and shipped in a heavy-duty box to ensure they arrive safe and intact.

• Prints: Small prints are shipped flat in rigid, stay-flat mailers. Large prints are rolled in heavy-duty tubes.

Insurance & Lost Packages:

Every original painting is shipped with Full Value Insurance. In the rare event a package is lost or damaged:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

2. Keep all original packaging (required for insurance claims).  

3. We will handle the claim with USPS and ensure you are refunded or a replacement is sent.
