Terms of Service for Art by Shay

1. Age Requirement: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & Taxes: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay.

4. Intellectual Property: All artwork, designs, and photographs on this site are the sole property of Art by Shay. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use of these images is strictly prohibited.

5. Shipping & Delivery: Once a package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for delays or lost items. We provide tracking for every order. If your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from "acts of God," natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
